Who will work on my project?
Energized Copy & Design is me plus, depending on the project, some
talented partners. I write every word of copy, personally handle all consulting
projects and design many pieces. I'll always be your contact -- you'll never
be pawned off on some junior account rep. Because I work on projects as
a freelancer, you get the benefit of a top direct-marketing expert without the
cost of hiring a full-time employee.
How much do you charge?
Obviously, it depends on the project. But we'll agree upfront on a total price for your project as well as a schedule. If you don't make significant changes in the project specs, your final bill will be the same as my quote. If you make a lot of changes, there may be changes to your bill, too.
Can I afford you?
Because I can work on your project in several different ways, I can almost always fit within your budget. For example, if you can't afford to have me create your entire package, hiring me to review copy you've written yourself may be within your budget. I'm open to everything from entire projects to any portion of a project -- from concept brainstorming to list selection to package review. I'll always give you a great return on your investment.
When do I pay?
If I've worked with you before and you pay promptly, I'll bill you at the end of the project (due within 30 days). If I haven't worked with you before, I'll ask you to sign a project agreement and pay half of the quote upfront and the remaining half when the project is complete.
Are revisions included in your quoted price?
I pride myself on getting jobs right the first time. And I'll ask questions along the way, so there are no surprises. But two rounds of minor revisions are still included in any quotation I give to you. I'll let you know in advance if you request so many changes that I have to revise the quotation.
